This topic describes about the input and output of external files.

Using File Input Command

The File Input command can load a CSV or Excel file stored in an external cloud storage and handle the data on the krewData flow.

You can also import and format the data in krewData and register it as a record in the kintone app.

For cloud services like Google Drive, you must set them up on Google in advance. For details, see Using Google Drive

Supported File Types

You can load the CSV file or Excel file in both list format and form format.

Also, you can load multiple files and multiple sheets at once, so kintone can register sheets entered by multiple departments simultaneously.

Using File Output Command

The File Output command can output the record processed / edited by krewData to an external cloud storage service as a CSV file or Excel file.
