The following data handled by krewData is not stored on our server.
Data managed in kintone
- Setting information for data editing flow.
- Kintone app setting information and record data specified in the input app and output app command of the data editing flow. (*1)
- Kintone login name and password of the user executing the data editing flow. (*2)
- Cloud service account name and access token registered in the External Service Information App
- Domain user information, group information and department information.
(*1) Kintone and our server communicate via kintone API when executing the data editing flow. All data is processed in memory and immediately deleted when processing is complete. We do not save to databases or disks, so your data is never stored on our servers.
(*2) When there is no data editing flow with enabled schedule/real-time execution.
Data managed outside of kintone
- External files specified in the file input and file output command of the data editing flow. (*3)
(*3) File input/output is performed between kintone and a cloud service that performs external file input/output when executing a data editing flow. All files are processed in memory and deleted immediately after processing is complete. We do not save to databases or disks, so your files are never stored on our servers.

Data managed on our servers
- Numbering setting information for each domain when numbering setting for each domain of auto number is performed
If you enable schedule execution or real time execution in the data editing flow, the following data will be saved on our server.
- Configuration information for data editing flows with enabled schedule execution, and schedule configuration information.
- Configuration information for data editing flows with enabled real time execution.
- Kintone domain name.
- App ID of krewData dedicated app.
- App ID of input/output app of data editing flow.
- Kintone login name and password of the user who executes the data editing flow.
- If basic authentication is set, user name and password for basic authentication.
- If secure access is configured, secure access client certificate file and client certificate file password.
