Pivot table shortcut keys are valid only when you are working with a pivot table.
For example, when you click any part of the browser and then press Ctrl + F, the find box of the browser is displayed. When you click any cell in the pivot table and then press Ctrl + F, the Find and Replace of pivot table is displayed.
Pivot table supports the following shortcut keys similar to Excel. The listed key combinations are for Windows. For Mac, replace Ctrl key with Command key and Alt key with Option key.

Cuts a value or values in the selected cell or cell range for pasting them to other cells. When you cut a cell or cells and paste them into other cells of the pivot table , the values in the source cells are erased. When you paste them into Excel or another window, the values in the source cells are kept. This behavior is same as Excel. |
Paste | Ctrl + V | Pastes the value from the clipboard. |
Undo | Ctrl + Z | Undoes the last operation. Undo is effective to unsaved data only. Saved data cannot be undone with this operation. |
Redo | Ctrl + Y | Redoes the last operation. |
Search | Ctrl + F | Displays the Find and Replace Data dialog with the Find tab selected. |
